BMF Distilled Water Plant

Our processing and bottling plant is located in Caguas, Puerto Rico, within a 2.5-acre lot. Our main administration building and bottling plant currently comprise 8,500 square feet. In addition, our warehousing facilities feature an additional 8,500 square feet.

Our resources include:

Two (2) 250,000-gallon water storage tanks
Two (2) 100,000-gallon distilled water storage tanks
A fully equipped in-house microbiology laboratory (in the process of building a 2nd)
A fleet of twenty (20) 40-foot containers and five (5) 48-foot containers
Two (2) cargo trucks and two (2) trailer trucks
A 500 KW emergency power plant and a 6,000-gallon diesel tank; together they cover our facilities' electrical requirements in case of an extended emergency

Presently, BMF Inc., Distilled Water Plant, has a total manufacturing capacity of 250,000 gallons of distilled water per week, and our bottling capacity is 160,000 one-gallon containers and 150,000 16-ounce bottles per each work shift.
