Bottling, labeling and packaging BMF Inc. keeps distilled water in a constant re-circulation process within its storage tanks and bottle filling ducts. This is also known as a closed system. Our equipment features automated fillers for 1-gallon containers, as well as for 1.5-liter, 1-liter, 20-ounce, 16-ounce, and 10-ounce bottles, capable of adhering to strict quality control measures. |

After filling, all gallons and bottles are transferred to our labeling area. Containers are then date coded as required by local and federal regulations, as well as by our modern Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system, which also complies with the Standard Sanitation Operation Procedures (SSOP) and the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). BMF Inc. is also in the process of obtaining the ISO 9000 worldwide quality standards certification. |
